In this regard, the EU should keep focusing on improving the access to and quality of national and EU legislative information.

The EU should also guarantee that cooperation between national administrations is facilitated and ensure that EU legislation regarding cross-border provision of services is correctly implemented and enforced.

The EU should continue to support social partners’ initiatives.
